Application:
1. This product is used as a tackifier in room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber, which can improve the adhesion of the colloid on the surface of some special materials. It can be used as an adhesive for phenolic resin, epoxy resin, nylon and melamine resin.
2. This product is used in polyurethane adhesives. Compared with traditional amino silanes, it has more stable amino reactivity and better storage stability.
3. As an additive, it can be used in a variety of composite materials, by improving the filler dispersion in polymerization And compatibility increases the performance of composite materials. Phenylaminosilane has better yellowing resistance than traditional aminosilane.
4. This product is used in epoxy molding compounds and used as an additive to significantly improve its performance.

Solubility: This product is easily hydrolyzed and can be dissolved in isopropyl alcohol, acetone, toluene, xylene, mineral oil and other organic solvents. Generally speaking, silane can be dissolved in many common organic solvents, but when a specific solvent is used, the solubility and stability of the silane in this solvent should be verified.

Packaging and storage:

This product is packed in 5L, 20L plastic drum and 200L closed iron drum.

After opening the product, the container with the remaining product should be filled with dry nitrogen or other dry inert gas to prevent gelation due to the intrusion of moisture in the air.

When stored in an original unopened container under normal pressure below 20℃, the shelf life of the product is 12 months from the date of production.
