Physical and chemical properties: This product is wine red transparent viscous liquid, flash point 178℃, density: ρ (20℃): 0.976, refractive index n 20℃ 1.477, decomposition temperature 260℃. It is soluble in isopropyl alcohol, xylene, toluene, mineral oil, and hydrolyzed and precipitated by reaction with water. This product is a non-toxic and non-corrosive liquid. The oral poisoning of rats is LD 50 30g/kg (reference value: table salt LD 50 3.8g /kg) Compatible with semi-polar materials.

Application areas: plastic products, rubber products, adhesives, fiberglass products, paints, inks, ointments, magnetic materials, waterproof materials, composite flame retardants, etc.

Application object:

1. Matrix resin: PE, PP, PS, PC, AS, ABS, PVC, S BS, polyester, polyether, polyurethane, polyamide, polycarbonate and other thermoplastic, thermosetting resins and other elastomers.
2. Inorganic fillers: CaCO3, MgCO3, BaSO4, CaSO4, MgO, Al(OH)3, talc powder, mica powder, lithopone powder, titanium dioxide, wollastonite powder, pyrophyllite powder, sepiolite powder, Carbon black, clay, bentonite, aluminum smelting red mud, iron red, chrome yellow, titanium cyanine blue, antimony trioxide, ammonium polyphosphate, zinc metaborate, etc.

Product Features:

1. This product is a monoalkoxy titanate coupling agent, so it is suitable for inorganic fillers that do not contain free water on the surface but only contain monomolecular layer adsorbed water or have hydroxyl and carboxyl groups on the surface. Such as calcium carbonate, aluminum hydroxide, antimony trioxide, etc. (Moisture content ≤0.5%)

2. This product is the first choice for the production of activated calcium carbonate. (See Table 1-1)

3. This product is widely promoted and applied in the two major fields of polyolefin-filled masterbatch, filled modified plastics and masterbatch due to its significant effect. At the same time, this product is used in red mud filled PVC plastics and PVC artificial leather Medium and CaCO3 filled modified PVC plastics (such as semi-rigid PVC block floors, louvered windows, PVC electric viewing materials) also have outstanding application performance. (See Table 1-2).

4. This product is the first choice for application effect in polyolefin, CaCO3, BaSO4, Sb2O3, CaSiO3 systems, and also has excellent use effect in PVC, PS, ABS and other systems.

5. This product can greatly increase the filling amount of inorganic filler in resin (plastic, rubber, paint and other composite products), significantly improve the physical and mechanical properties such as tensile strength, impact strength, elongation at break, and reduce the system viscosity , Improve processing performance, reduce, energy consumption and production costs.
