Application areas: plastic products, rubber products, adhesives, fiberglass products, paints, inks, ointments, magnetic materials, waterproof materials, composite flame retardants, etc.

Application object:

1. Matrix resin: PE, PP, PS, PC, AS, ABS, PVC, S BS, polyester, polyether, polyurethane, polyamide, polycarbonate and other thermoplastic, thermosetting resins and other elastomers.
2. Inorganic fillers: CaCO3, MgCO3, BaSO4, CaSO4, MgO, Al(OH)3, talc powder, mica powder, lithopone powder, titanium dioxide, wollastonite powder, pyrophyllite powder, sepiolite powder, Carbon black, clay, bentonite, aluminum smelting red mud, iron red, chrome yellow, titanium cyanine blue, antimony trioxide, ammonium polyphosphate, zinc metaborate, etc. 

Product Features:

1. This product is stable, light in color, non-toxic, odorless, has high synergistic stability and lubricity, and has a small amount of addition. It is easy to use without dilution.
2. This product can greatly increase the filling amount of inorganic filler in resin (plastic, rubber, paint and other composite products), significantly improve the physical and mechanical properties such as tensile strength, impact strength, elongation at break, and reduce the system viscosity , Improve processing performance, reduce energy consumption and production costs. 

Instructions:

1. Pre-dry the filler at 100-110°C to remove free moisture, the time is determined according to the free moisture in the filler. (Control the filler moisture content ≤0.3%, the general time is 2-5 minutes)
2. Add the dry filler to the kneader and stir, then knead at 100-120°C for 5-10 minutes, then it can come out material. However, attention should be paid to components containing carboxyl and hydroxyl groups such as stearic organic alcohol. The coupling agent should be added after 3-5 minutes of activation modification of the filler (generally added 1 minute before discharging). 

Precautions:

1. The amount of this product should be appropriate. Generally, for plastics, it is recommended to inject or extrude soft and hard products, the addition amount is 0.8-1.2% of filler, foamed soft products or products formed by other processes, the addition ratio is 0.6-1.3 % Carbon black, Al(OH)3 and other fillers with high specific surface or high active surface are added in an amount of 1.5-2.0%.
2. There should be a small amount of stearic acid and other synergists in the product formula, and the addition amount is generally 0.5-0.8% of the filler amount.
3. This product should be waterproof, moisture-proof, and fire-proof, placed in a dry place, and used up or resealed as soon as possible after unpacking. The shelf life is 10 months.
