Physical properties: colorless or light yellow transparent liquid, easily soluble in a variety of organic solvents, easy to hydrolyze, condensation to form polysiloxane, easy to polymerize in the presence of overheating, light, peroxide.

Uses and functions: It has good miscibility with most organic solvents, has good penetrability, coupling, and excellent dispersing ability. Used in unsaturated polyester composite materials, it can improve the mechanical properties of composite materials such as increased strength and toughness, especially can greatly improve the wet performance of composite materials. In artificial quartz stone, the silane coupling agent can enhance the bonding strength of quartz powder, quartz sand, glass sand and unsaturated resin, can improve the dispersibility, fluidity of the filler and compound with the resin, and improve the bending strength and Elastic modulus can improve the dry and wet strength of stone. It has enhanced coupling and dispersing power of filler in resin system, water resistance, stain resistance and moisture resistance.

Use method and dosage: There are two ways to add on artificial quartz stone and granite: 1. Directly add to the resin and disperse evenly; 2. Dilute with diluent (toluene, methanol, styrene, etc.) and evenly spray in the filler . The dosage of KH-770 is 0.5-1.5% of the resin dosage.

Storage and transportation: This product is hydrolyzed and polycondensed into polysiloxane in water, and is affected by temperature, PH value and light. Therefore, it should be sealed and stored, protected from light, humidity and high temperature. It is slightly irritating to the skin and eyes, and protective equipment should be used during use.

Packing: Packed in plastic drums, net weight 5kg, 25kg or 200kg per drum.
