1. Resins: phenolic, urea-formaldehyde, furan, nylon, polyurethane, unsaturated polyester, alkyd resin, acrylic resin and natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, neoprene rubber, nitrile rubber, EPDM, PE, PP, PVC, S BS, etc.
2. Fillers: talc, kaolin, mica, white carbon black, wollastonite, glass fiber, Al(OH)₃, Mg(OH)₂, metals and their oxides, etc.

Product Features:
1. Widely used in composite materials to optimize the compatibility between polymers and inorganic materials in the composite materials; significantly improve the physical and mechanical properties of the composite materials such as tensile and bending resistance, as well as thermal properties, electrical properties, water resistance, etc. Suitable for various types of thermoplastic and thermosetting resins reinforced with glass fiber such as PP, PVC, PC, PA furan resin epoxy resin, phenolic resin, polyurethane, polyimide, melamine resin, the amount of KH-550 used at this time is: 0.2- After 1.0% treatment, the drying activation temperature is 105-120℃.

2. 3. This product is added to the butyronitrile-phenolic structural adhesive, polyethylene butyral-phenolic adhesive, polyurethane adhesive hot melt adhesive, the content of 1% or less, this product can increase the bonding strength by 60 % To 100%. Adding KH-550 to the polyurethane sealant and plastic melt sealant can make the sealant achieve long-term adhesion to other substrates such as glass, masonry, metal, etc. It has good stability and high elongation to the climate.

4. This product can be used as an adhesion promoter in paints and inks to improve adhesion, reduce curing temperature, and improve corrosion resistance.

5. The use of this product in the casting industry can reduce the amount of resin in the silica sand, increase the strength of the mold sand (about 30%) and reduce the amount of gas generated.

6. It can be used in magnetic materials to improve the dispersion and adhesion of magnetic powder particles in organic materials in plastic and rubber magnets, so that the magnetic particles have a higher orientation. Thereby obtaining better magnetic properties, improving the mechanical strength of magnetic materials, weather resistance and easy dry processing.
