The product easily soluble in a variety of organic solvents, easily hydrolyzed, condensed to form polysiloxane, easy to polymerize in the presence of excessive heat, light, peroxide.

Uses and functions:

It has good miscibility with most organic solvents, has good penetrability, coupling and excellent dispersing ability. Used in unsaturated polyester composite materials, it can improve the mechanical properties of composite materials such as increased strength and toughness, especially can greatly improve the wet performance of composite materials. In artificial quartz stone, silane coupling agent can enhance the bonding strength of quartz powder, quartz sand, glass sand and unsaturated resin, can improve the dispersion, fluidity of filler and compound with resin, and improve the bending strength and Elastic modulus can improve the dry and wet strength of stone. It has the ability to enhance the coupling and dispersing power of the filler in the resin system, and has the properties of water resistance, stain resistance and moisture resistance.

Usage and dosage:

On artificial quartz stone and granite, there are two ways to add: 1. Add directly to the resin and disperse it evenly; 2. Dilute with diluent (toluene, methanol, styrene, etc.) and spray it evenly in the filler. The dosage of KH-770 is 0.5-1.5% of the resin dosage.

Storage and transportation:

This product is hydrolyzed and polycondensed into polysiloxane when it meets water, and is affected by temperature, PH value and light. Therefore, it should be sealed and stored, protected from light, humidity and high temperature. It is slightly irritating to the skin and eyes, and use protective equipment when using it.
