Instructions:
1. It is recommended to use a pretreatment method, that is, the filler is first treated with a coupling agent. Due to the small amount of coupling agent, it should be diluted, and the diluted amount is the coupling dose. The thinner is liquid paraffin, solvent oil, isopropyl alcohol, etc.
2. Spray the diluted product evenly in the real material under high-speed stirring without heating), stir for a few minutes (depending on the dispersion effect for the specific time), then add the carrier and other additives, and then proceed according to the original process.
3. The added amount is 0.5-3.0% of the total amount of pigments or fillers, generally 0.1% is recommended for fillers, 1.5% is recommended for ultra-fine fillers (such as carbon black), the best dosage please experiment.
Precautions:
*After the filler is pretreated, if the material is stored, it should pay attention to heat dissipation (heat of stirring) to prevent the filler's heat performance from degrading.
*The non-integrated type of this product should not contact with water, otherwise it will be invalid. But the free moisture in the filler has no effect.
*This product is valid for one year at room temperature from the date of leaving the factory.
