It is a kind of titanium chelate with great commercial value. It is not only difficult to hydrolyze, but also completely soluble in water.
Product features and uses:
1. This product is a kind of alkanolamine titanate coupling agent and a curing agent in water-dispersible polyester enameled wire lacquer.
2. It is a drier for room temperature drying water-soluble alcohol amine resin. It replaces the conventional metal soap drier and significantly improves the mechanical properties, weather resistance, salt spray resistance and yellowing resistance of the coating film.
3. It is an effective ultraviolet absorber and can also be used to formulate skin creams.
4. It is used in water-based paint systems, and has good dispersion and anti-settling effects. For the water-based interior wall paint that has produced precipitation, add 1% of the product and then stir to restore the original state, and no hard precipitation will occur within 23 months.
5. After surface treatment of the steel plate to be coated, the adhesion and durability of the coating can be significantly improved.
Usage and dosage:
1. The dosage is 0.5-2.0% of the weight of the pigment or filler, the recommended dosage is 1.0%, please test the appropriate dosage.
2. Usage: It can be diluted 1:1 with water and added to the pigment or filler in high-speed stirring, or it can be added during grinding.
