Soluble in isopropyl alcohol, xylene, toluene, insoluble in water. This product is a non-toxic and non-corrosive liquid. Product Features:
1. This product is a chelating titanate coupling agent, suitable for processing high humidity filler. Such as precipitated white carbon black, clay, talc, silicate, carbon black, glass fiber, etc.
2. This product can significantly increase the dispersibility, anti-settling and storage stability of pigments such as carbon black, iron red, medium chrome yellow, and titanium cyanine blue in organic base materials, shorten the grinding time and the number of channels, improve Paint film adhesion, appearance, corrosion resistance, enhanced adhesion and catalytic curing and other functions (see "Coating Dispersion Coupling Agent" for details).
3. Chelating titanate coupling agent has better viscosity reducing effect than monoalkoxy type, its addition ratio is better at 1.0-1.2%, it will continue to increase, the effect is not obvious.
4. This product has obvious effect in rubber products, such as increasing tensile strength, tear strength, elongation and aging resistance.
5.
