Chemical name: Isopropyl bis(acetoacetate) aluminate, similar to the Japanese product ALCH, the product content is more than 70% isopropyl alcohol solution.
Physical and chemical properties:
Appearance | light yellow viscous liquid |
Aluminum content | 9.8% |
Relative density ρ (25ºC): | 1.035 |
Boiling point | 165-175ºC/3 mmHg |
Soluble | alcohols and benzene solvents |
Product features and uses:
1. Used in coatings and paints to enhance primer adhesion and storage stability.
2. Can be used as a cross-linking agent containing -OH resin.
3. It is used for the vinyl polymer containing epoxy group and hydroxyl group. Compared with the use of melamine resin as the cross-linking agent, the paint film prepared has better UV resistance.
4. Adding aluminum chelate to dry oil and dry semi-oil paint can significantly improve its dryness, gloss and hardness, and can improve surface wrinkling and tackiness. It has alkali resistance, water resistance and heat resistance. Improve.
5. When aluminum chelate is added to alcohol ester resin coating, its dryness, water resistance, chemical resistance, durability and hardness are improved without wrinkles. According to reports, when used as a dry material, it does not yellow or stick back compared to titanium chelates.
6. Add aluminum chelate to polyester resin, cis-dry modified butadiene copolymer resin, and silicone resin coating to make it crosslink to improve the performance of its resin.
7. Compared with the use of titanium chelate as the cross-linking agent, the alkali resistance is sometimes worse, but there is almost no problem of coloring of the coating film.
Note:
1. Since HY-1804 contains isopropyl alcohol, it is flammable. Please pay attention to fire prevention.
2. The product is easier to hydrolyze than titanium chelate, pay attention to sealed storage.
Packaging, storage and transportation: The product is packed in 20kg or 25kg plastic drums, lightly loaded and unloaded, stored at room temperature, and the delivery time is half a year.
