Description: JSC-1072 is a small molecule organosilicon compound, which is a good adhesion promoting and reinforcing agent. It has obvious effects on silicate, metal, glass, cement, ceramic and filler systems, which can significantly improve the characteristics of the product To enhance the adhesion between interfaces. It has good storage stability and will not gelatinize for long-term storage.

Features:

◆ As an inorganic surface treatment agent, this product can activate glass wool, glass, concrete, white carbon black, talc, mica, clay and wollastonite. 

◆ In the paint, it has obvious effect on increasing the adhesion of the paint film to the glass, concrete, cement substrate. At the same time, it has a curing effect and can enhance the hardness of the paint film.

◆Can participate in the cross-linking of the paint film, thereby increasing the mechanical properties of the paint film. 

Application system and dosage: It can be used in polyurethane, epoxy, alkyd and other systems. The recommended dosage is about 0.6%-2.0%, and it can be added before and after.

Matters needing attention: The grease and liquid moisture on the substrate must be treated before painting to avoid affecting the stability of the product.
