Description:

XP-900 is a silicone defoamer suitable for solvent-based systems. It has a strong ability to break and suppress foam, and at the same time has a very high efficiency. It has a very good effect in the case of very low addition, It is suitable for eliminating microbubbles in high-viscosity paint and ink systems. At the same time, XP-900 does not contain solvents, so it can be applied to systems that require no solvents such as light curing systems.

Characteristics:

1. XP-900 is suitable for solvent-based coating system, has excellent defoaming ability, can quickly break the foam. 

2. XP-900 is suitable for pigment-containing systems. For varnish systems, the compatibility needs to be carefully evaluated.

3.XP-900 has a high defoaming efficiency, and can show excellent results with a very small amount of addition.

Application range:

It can be applied to two-component epoxy systems, polyurethane systems, light-curing coatings, solvent-based or light-curing screen printing inks, etc.

Recommended dosage:

Generally, it is 0.05-1% of the total amount, which can be added at any stage of production. After the addition, it should be stirred as much as possible to achieve good dispersion.
