Characteristics:
1. FS-904S has excellent wetting and dispersing effect on pigments, which can effectively prevent the color separation phenomenon when titanium dioxide and other pigments are used together in paint formulations.
2. When FS-904S is used as a dispersant for matte powder, it can improve the neat arrangement of matte powder and make the paint film smoother.
3. When the pigment is mixed with other fillers, FS-904S can effectively prevent the occurrence of induration.
4. The polysiloxane component contained in FS-904S will not adversely affect the paint film, and has the function of promoting leveling and improving the feel.
Application range:
Recommended for alkyd, acrylic, amino baking paint, two-component polyurethane, epoxy paint, vinyl paint, etc.
Recommended dosage: generally 0.1-0.9% for the total amount, 0.5%-3% for inorganic pigments, 10-30% for organic pigments, it is recommended to add before grinding.
