1. Resins: phenolic, urea-formaldehyde, furan, nylon, polyurethane, unsaturated polyester, alkyd resin, acrylic resin and natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, neoprene rubber, nitrile rubber, EPDM, PE, PP, PVC, S BS, etc.
2. Fillers: talc, kaolin, mica, white carbon black, wollastonite, glass fiber, Al(OH) 3 , Mg(OH) 2 , metals and their oxides, etc.
Product Features:
1. Improve the mechanical strength of non-twist glass fiber roving reinforced composite materials, and have a very high strength retention rate in the wet state.
2. Improve the adhesion between the resin and the substrate and inorganic filler, thereby improving the wet electrical performance of the epoxy-type integrated electronic material and printed circuit board.
3. Improve the wet electrical properties of many inorganic mineral-filled composite materials such as nylon and PBT.
4. As a surface treatment agent for inorganic fillers, this product is widely used in clay, talc powder, wollastonite, white carbon black, quartz, aluminum powder, copper powder and iron powder.
5. This product is suitable for epoxy sealant filled with quartz, epoxy concrete repair material filled with sand or paint and epoxy mold material filled with metal.
6. This product can also improve the adhesion of the two-component epoxy sealant.
7. Improve the adhesion of acrylic latex to sealants and polyurethane and epoxy coatings.
