Application:
● FD-T18 has four methoxy functional groups and is a highly active crosslinking agent in the crosslinking reaction of silanol.
● This product is used in the synthesis of silicone and is a commonly used raw material for synthetic silicone resin and other materials.
● This product can be used as a cross-linking agent for dealcoholized room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber and has good cross-linking activity.
● This product is used in many industrial products, such as ceramic bonding and silica gel.
Solubility: This product is easy to hydrolyze, soluble in organic solvents such as isopropyl alcohol, acetone, toluene, xylene mineral oil. Generally speaking, silane can be dissolved in many common organic solvents, but when using a specific solvent, the solubility and stability of this product in this solvent should be verified.
Packaging and storage:
This product is packed in 5L, 20L plastic drums and 200L closed iron drums.
After opening the product, the container containing the remaining product should be filled with dry nitrogen or other dry inert gas to prevent gelation due to the intrusion of moisture in the air.
When stored in an original unopened container under normal pressure below 20°C, the shelf life of the product is 12 months from the date of production.
