Introduction:
1. This product is modified to polyethylene and other polymers by grafting to the polymer main chain, so that the side chain of the polymer has a trimethoxysilyl ester group as an active point for warm water crosslinking.
2. The advantages of polymer cross-linking are: 1) better service temperature 2) reduction of polymer decomposition during lining creep 3) improvement of chemical resistance 4) excellent resistance to pressure cracking 5) improvement of wear resistance 6) improvement of impact Strength 7) Memory characteristics (shrink film and tubing).

Uses: In the extruder, this product can be grafted to the polyethylene main chain through the action of peroxide initiator. This grafted polyethylene can be made into shaped products, such as cable jackets and insulation, pipes or other extruded and molded products. This is the next extrusion process. This molded product is completed by warm water crosslinking.
