Overview: JSC-1150 is an organic silicon compound that can enhance the adhesion of coatings to glass and metal substrates.

Features and uses:

• Used to improve the adhesion of air-drying coatings to difficult-to-attach substrates.
• The adhesion is more obvious. For example, after adding JSC-1150 to the epoxy coating, it is coated on the glass, and it will not affect the adhesion after soaking in boiling water for 24 hours. Those who did not add, after this test, they completely fell off without adhesion.
• The coating film added with JSC-1150 greatly improves its water resistance and salt spray resistance.
• In addition to paint, it is more suitable for adhesives, caulks, inks, etc., to extend the excellent adhesion for a long time.

Scope of application: Acrylic paint, epoxy paint, alkyd paint, alkyd paint mainly based on silicone resin

The amount and method of use: For resin solid content of 1-3%, epoxy coating must be added to the curing agent, the other is mixed with the resin first.

Storage: The storage condition is 0-40 degrees, the product storage should be placed in a cool and ventilated place, the container should be kept tight, away from heat and fire.

Security: This product contains solvents and must be handled carefully to avoid contact with skin and eyes.

Attention: Before painting, the grease and liquid water on the substrate must be wiped clean to avoid lowering the adhesion.
