JSC-567 is a functional waterborne system adhesion enhancer. Used to enhance the adhesion and adhesion of most common emulsions and substrates such as waterborne epoxy, waterborne acrylic, and waterborne polyurethane. For example: metal, glass, ceramics, concrete and other inorganic substrates.
The molecule of JSC-567 has strong activity. It can form a strong covalent bond with the emulsion and inorganic substrate, making the connecting material and substrate have a strong binding force, and it is difficult to peel off.
The practical application shows that under acidic conditions (PH=4 or so), the adhesion strength of JSC-567 is more obvious. JSC-567 can exist stably in water, and it will not affect the performance if stored for a long time.

Suggestions for use:
1. Addition amount: JSC-567 generally recommends the addition amount as 0.3%-1% of the solid content of the formula (emulsion resin solid content + pigment + filler). The specific addition amount should be adjusted according to the actual formula. If the addition amount is too small, the formulation cannot achieve the desired effect of increasing adhesion. If the addition amount is too large, it will have a negative effect.
2. Matters needing attention: Add JSC-567 directly into the formula, after fully mixed evenly, it needs to be placed for 2-3 days before subsequent application.
