Di (ethyl acetoacetate) titanium diisopropyl grease HY-1802
Main chemical composition: Di(ethyl acetoacetate) diisopropyl titanate
Structural formula:
Physical and chemical properties:
The product is light red transparent liquid. Its titanium content is 8.9%, refractive index n D : 1.512, density ρ (25°C): 1.096, viscosity η (25°C): 30MPa·S, freezing point is 25°C, slightly soluble in general organic solvents, Acetone and mineral acid; easily soluble in isopropyl alcohol, benzene and toluene. Storage at low temperature is sometimes easy to precipitate partially or fully crystalline.
Application objects:
The main components of HY-1802 are stable at room temperature in the form of chelation. With the evaporation of the solvent during use, HY-1802 can be combined with substrates, inks, and active substrates in coatings such as: -OH, -COOH, -NH2, OCONH2, and -SH undergo a cross-linking reaction to form a bridge and increase the molecular weight, thereby improving many properties such as heat resistance, chemical resistance, water resistance, and dryness. The bridging effect of resin and substrate through titanate can improve the adhesion of ink and paint.
Product features:
1. Improve the adhesion of inks and coatings to substrates (pretreated plastics, aluminum foil, metal, glass).
2. Improve the scratch resistance, water resistance, solvent resistance and boiling resistance of inks and coatings.
3. Improve the drying speed, surface gloss and dispersion of pigments of inks and coatings.
How to use:
1. Substrate (plastic, aluminum foil, metal, glass) usually requires pretreatment, such as electric spark, discharge or chemical treatment. The treated substrate will produce -OH, -COOH and other active groups.
2. Resins such as PA, NC, PU, PVB, CAB, CAP, EVA, PVB, etc. These resins contain active groups such as -OH, -COOH, -NH2 etc.
3. Adding amount: 0.5-3% (resin solid content)
4. Adding time: It is recommended to add in the later stage of ink and paint manufacturing, the temperature is below 40°C The substrate must be pretreated, and the surface tension should be above 36-38 dynes.
5. The processing ink must be dried at 60°C for 1 minute to allow the titanate to react with the substrate.
