Overview: JSC-1186 provides an adhesion-promoting effect that can be stored stably without yellowing, while enhancing the adhesion performance in coatings and water-based adhesive/sealant systems. Can be used as a cross-linking agent or adhesion promoter, can improve water resistance and wet adhesion, and has good storage stability.

Features and uses:

1. Good wet and dry adhesion, no yellowing•Enhance bonding strength and adhesion•

2. When the pH value is 6-8.0, JSC-1186 performs well in carboxyl-containing emulsions (acrylic acid, styrene butadiene polyurethane, etc.). When JSC-1186 is used as an adhesion promoter in water-based systems such as acrylic sealants, it can continuously and significantly improve water-based adhesion performance

Scope of  application: Adhesion promoter and cross-linking agent for glass paint, wood paint, adhesive and sealant. For water-based, pre-emulsification is required.

The amount and method  of use are 1-2% of the solid content of the resin. The epoxy coating must be added to the curing agent, and the others are mixed with the resin first.

Storage and storage: conditions are 0-40 degrees, product storage should be placed in a cool and ventilated place, the container should be kept tight, away from heat and fire.

Note: that before painting, the grease and liquid moisture on the substrate must be wiped clean to avoid reducing adhesion.
