Physical and chemical properties: This product is wine red transparent viscous liquid, flash point 100 ℃, density: ρ (20 ℃): 0.934, refractive index n 20 ℃ 1.477, decomposition temperature 255 ℃. It is soluble in isopropyl alcohol, xylene, toluene, mineral oil, and hydrolyzed and precipitated by reaction with water. This product is a non-toxic and non-corrosive liquid. The oral poisoning of rats is LD 50 30g/kg (reference value: table salt LD 50 3.8g /kg) Compatible with semi-polar materials.
Application areas: plastic products, rubber products, adhesives, fiberglass products, paints, inks, ointments, magnetic materials, waterproof materials, composite flame retardants, etc.
Application object:
1. Matrix resin: PE, PP, PS, PC, AS, ABS, PVC, SBS, polyester, polyether, polyurethane, polyamide, polycarbonate and other thermoplastic, thermosetting resins and other elastomers.
2. Inorganic fillers: CaCO3, MgCO3, BaSO4, CaSO4, MgO, Al(OH)3, talc powder, mica powder, lithopone powder, titanium dioxide, wollastonite powder, pyrophyllite powder, sepiolite powder, Carbon black, clay, bentonite, aluminum smelting red mud, iron red, chrome yellow, titanium cyanine blue, antimony trioxide, ammonium polyphosphate, zinc metaborate, etc.
Product Features:
1. This product is a monoalkoxy titanate coupling agent, suitable for the treatment of dry inorganic fillers containing only physically bound water and chemically bound water. Such as calcium carbonate, aluminum hydroxide, antimony trioxide, etc.
2. This product can significantly improve the surface finish of the product and increase the dimensional stability.
3. This product is used in carbon black paint to shorten the grinding and dispersion time by more than 1/3. The semi-finished black slurry is placed for one month without roughing, and the black slurry without the coupling agent returns to coarse within one week.
