Overview: JSC-1180 provides an adhesion-promoting effect that can be stored stably without yellowing, while enhancing the adhesion performance in coatings and water-based adhesive/sealant systems. Can be used as a cross-linking agent or adhesion promoter, can improve water resistance and wet adhesion, and has good storage stability.

2. When the pH value is 6-8.5, JSC-1180 performs in carboxyl group-containing emulsions (acrylic acid, styrene butadiene polyurethane, etc.)

When JSC-1180 is used as an adhesion promoter in water-based systems, such as acrylic sealants, it can continuously and significantly improve water-based adhesion performance

Scope of application: Used as adhesion promoter and cross-linking agent for glass paint, wood paint, adhesive and sealant. For water-based, pre-emulsification is required.

Adding amount and method of use: For resin solid content of 1-2%, epoxy coating must be added to the curing agent, the other is mixed with the resin first.

Storage: The storage condition is 0-40 degrees, the product storage should be placed in a cool and ventilated place, the container should be kept tight, away from heat and fire.

Attention: Before painting, the grease and liquid water on the substrate must be wiped clean to avoid lowering the adhesion.
