Application:  

1. KH-Si75 is disulfide silane, which has more stable reactivity than KH-Si69 tetrasulfide silane, and shows better processability and scorch safety during processing.

2. Application in footwear can improve wear resistance, cut resistance and pressure resistance, and improve bending.

3. Applied to the drum can improve wear resistance, anti-aging performance, bearing capacity, improve process performance, reduce water absorption and hysteresis.

4. Applied to mechanical casting products can enhance modulus and thermal aging performance, improve dynamic performance, and reduce the expansion of viscous solvents.

5. Applied to the hose can improve the wear resistance of the surface, enhance the modulus, thermal aging performance and the adhesion between the reinforcing agents.

6. Applied to tires can improve wear resistance, reduce hysteresis, enhance modulus, maximize bonding performance, improve process performance, tread wear resistance, thermal cracking, carcass and filler bonding performance 1. Adhesive performance of tire buffer layer.

7. Applied to flat tape, it can improve wear resistance, improve vulcanization reversion resistance, reduce the cost of clay instead of carbon black, improve the bonding performance of tire cord, and enhance the flex life and modulus. The application of V-shaped tape can enhance the modulus, improve the wear resistance, increase the flex life, and improve the bonding performance of the reinforcement material. 

Instructions:

When this product is used as an additive, the amount of silane added is generally 0.5-3.0% of the formula. The most suitable amount needs to be determined through experiments. This product is particularly suitable for applications where the ambient humidity is high.

Packaging and storage:

This product is packed in 5L, 20L plastic drum and 200L closed iron drum.

After opening the product, the container containing the remaining product should be filled with dry nitrogen or other dry inert gas to prevent air

The moisture in the intrusion causes gelation.

When stored in an original unopened container under normal pressure below 20°C, the shelf life of the product is 12 months from the date of production.
