Application:

1. KH-Si75C has disulfide functional groups, which can provide stable reactivity than KH-Si69C tetrasulfide functional groups, and can show better processability and scorch safety during processing.

2. KH-Si75C is a mixture of KH-Si75 silane and KH-330 carbon black, which can not only exert the same coupling effect of KH-Si75, but also pre-disperse KH-Si75 with inert carrier carbon black, which improves the dispersibility. At the same time, it makes use faster.

3. As a processing aid for the rubber industry, this product can improve the physical and mechanical properties of rubber. Such as tensile strength, tear strength, wear resistance, etc. can be significantly improved, permanent deformation can be reduced, at the same time can also reduce the viscosity of the rubber compound, improve processing performance.

4. This product can be applied to a variety of polymers, such as natural rubber (NR), isoprene rubber (IR), styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR), butadiene rubber (BR), nitrile rubber (NBR), EPDM, etc.

Packaging and storage:

Packed in PE bags with a net weight of 25 kg. Store in a cool, closed place.

After opening the product, the remaining products should be sealed and stored in a cool place.

When stored in an original unopened container under normal pressure below 20°C, the shelf life of the product is 12 months from the date of production.
