Epoxy modified silicone polymer compound JSC-1132

Description:

JSC-1132 is an epoxy-modified small molecule organosilicon compound. It is a good adhesion promoter and enhancer. It has obvious effects on silicate, metal, ceramic and filler systems, and can significantly improve the product. Features to enhance the adhesion between interfaces.

JSC-1132 will not yellow more than 6040 during storage. Compared with 1131, this product has better storage effect in water-based systems.

Features:

◆ As an inorganic surface treatment agent, this product can activate glass wool, white carbon black, talc, mica, clay and wollastonite

◆This product has obvious effect on increasing the adhesion of paint film to glass, ceramic tile and metal substrate.

◆ Can participate in the cross-linking of the paint film, thereby increasing the mechanical properties of the paint film

Application system and dosage: It can be used in polyurethane, epoxy, alkyd and other systems. The recommended dosage is about 1%-3%, and it can be added before and after.  

Precautions: Before coating, the grease and liquid moisture on the substrate should be cleaned to avoid affecting the stability of the product.
