Features and uses:
1. Superior wet and dry adhesion can improve the bonding strength and adhesion.
2. It is best used in carboxyl-containing hydroxyl emulsions (acrylic acid, styrene butadiene polyurethane, etc.). When JSC-1062 is used as an adhesion promoter in water-based systems, such as acrylic sealants, it can continuously and significantly improve water-based adhesion performance.
3. Compared with the general silicone adhesion promoter, the biggest advantage is that the durable adhesion is applicable to the adhesion promoter and crosslinking agent of glass paint, wood paint, adhesive and sealant, and it is suitable for metal, glass, concrete, plastic, etc. The materials have good adhesion and adhesion effect.
Dosage and method of use: For resin solid content of 1-2%, epoxy coating must be added to the curing agent, the other is mixed with the resin first. Storage and storage conditions are 0-40 degrees, product storage should be placed in a cool and ventilated place, the container should be kept tight, away from heat and fire.
Note: Before painting, the grease and liquid water on the substrate must be wiped clean to avoid lowering the adhesion.
