Comprehensive performance
Coatings: Recommended for the adhesion of epoxy, polyester/epoxy, and polyurethane coatings on many substrates (CRS, aluminum, brass, iron, galvanized, etc.) substrates, which can improve salt spray resistance, anti-explosion foam and reduce Creep after cross-cutting. It is also recommended to enhance thermosetting acrylic & solvent-based polyester coatings on metal substrates, praying for synergistic enhancement of corrosion resistance.
Adhesives and sealants: recommended for acrylate and epoxy adhesives, used for reinforcement with metals, plastics and
Adhesion on elastomers. Enhance the T-shaped peel strength, enhance the ability to withstand moisture, heat and corrosive environments.
Plastic: It is recommended for plastics filled with many mineral seasonings to enhance the dispersion of phthalocyanine pigments, carbon black, all inorganic pigments and fillers in plastics.
Application, recommended amount and method of use
Coating: The recommended dosage is 0.5-1.5% (100% resin content), high shear mixing (Henschel, etc.) is recommended, and it is not recommended to exceed the recommended dosage.
Binder: 1-1.4%, add resin and mix with high shear.
Plastic: 1-1.4% (relative to the amount of 100% filler), it is recommended to premix the filler or pigment first, and then mix evenly with the resin.
For pigments and fillers with high specific surface area, such as fumed silica, carbon black, phthalocyanine series and similar products, it is recommended to use
The amount is 1.3-2.6% (relative to the amount of 100% filler).
Packaging, storage conditions and expiration date
Packed in 25 kg kraft paper bag, lined with polyethylene plastic bag.
Store this product in a cool, dry and ventilated place to avoid moisture absorption. It should be closed immediately after use, away from heat and fire.
It is valid for at least one year at a storage temperature of 30C. Expired products can only be used after passing the test.
