Comprehensive performance
· 2037 adhesion promoter enhances the adhesion (bending and impact) on substrates such as cast iron, cast aluminum, stainless steel, galvanized and magnesium alloys.
· 2037 Adhesion enhancer effectively enhances the flexibility of the coating and the substrate, the T-peel strength is increased, and the corrosion resistance is enhanced.
· 2037 Adhesion promoter can solve the problem of decreased adhesion of the coating film and storage stability caused by the release of gas during the baking process of galvanizing due to non-phosphating.

· Pure polyester, polyester/epoxy hybrid, polyurethane powder coating
· Heavy anti-corrosion, valve powder coating
· Spring, steel powder coating
· Low temperature powder coating
· Powder coating for specific substrate (smooth substrate)
Method of use and amount added
· Suggested addition amount: 0.5-1.5% (total formula), directly blended with resin, filler and other additives, and extruded.
· Due to different formulations and process conditions, users are advised to experiment to determine the appropriate amount of addition before use.
Packaging, storage conditions and expiration date
· 20 kg aluminum-plastic composite bag, lined with polyethylene plastic bag.
· Store this product in a cool, dry and ventilated place to avoid moisture absorption. It should be closed immediately after use, away from heat and fire.
· The validity period is at least two years under the storage temperature of <30℃. The expired products can only be used after passing the test.
